Who we are. PropFirmsTraders (propfirmstraders.com) is an independent comparison site for futures prop firms. Contact: hello@propfirmstraders.com.
What we collect. This site does not require an account. If you subscribe to our newsletter or email us, we receive the email address and message you send. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and operation.
Third parties. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. If you click an affiliate link, the prop firm sets its own cookies and handles your data under its own privacy policy; we may receive a commission and see that a purchase was referred, but not your payment details.
Cookies and analytics. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will list them here and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold. Email us and we will reply.
Changes. We may update this policy; the date of the latest change is October 8, 2026.
